The room was changed without prior arrangement and was not notified upon arrival.

The room looked nice and was spacious.

Wanted to freshen up upon arrival but the water was cold it was hot in the morning when we got ready to leave. The blankets were not clean, the room was also not clean as we found dirt around our bed.

Will not stay there again.

On booking.com it said we booking a room with a garden view, I called reception and they told me that doesn’t exist. Shared area such as the pool was very dirty, soiled with bird poop. The carpets in the hotel are extremely dirty, especially in room 107. We were also not allowed to consume our own drinks on your premises, first holiday / accommodation that I’ve ever been to that does that. Overall, there are no facilities to have drinks, except the restaurant.

The stay was great up until I forgot something and asked for assistance.

I am actually very disappointed in how the staff at this hotel conducted themselves when I mentioned I forgot someone in my room after checking out. I am a strong believer that we need to support businesses like these. But I received such bad service and have still MIT received anything as I had to leave my blanket. Your process around lost and found items needs to be looked at and not treat guests like they did something wrong for asking. Regards

With one exception (a Supervisor / Night Manager?)...

With one exception (a Supervisor / Night Manager?) dining room staff were great - friendly, helpful and obliging.

1) Main reason for selecting this Hotel was their "paraplegic" room. But on arrival we found it doesn't have a shower that can be used by our wheelchair guest - just a fitting on the bath! 2) An apparent billing error was presented 3 times! Seems every time the reception shift changed we had to go over it again - still not sure it's settled as I'm still waiting for the final statement (on checkout it seems they couldn't print it and undertook to e-mail it to me). 3) In my opinion too many maintenance issues (basin tap loose, basin plug leaking badly, lift call button defective, ...)

Amazing Hospitality!! Home Away from Home! We had two or three changes in our original reservation and the Manager corrected and changed our requested without any issues at all. Thank You Soo Much President Hotel! We will be back!
